The Female Imperative

The Cruelty IS the Point

Truth vs. Lies

Maria Corina Mochado, a Latina, won the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize this year “for her tireless work promoting democratic rights…..and for her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.” Fatima Bosch, also Latina, won the 2025 Miss Universe for “her grace, strength and radiant spirit.” 2025 has been a year of global recognition for the Latin community.

Mexico has seen a 28% decrease in crime in 2025, but it also recently elected the first female President in North America, President Claudia Sheinbaum. That’s before Canada and the United States! And Mexico has a majority female Supreme Court. It appears the Latin community is trending on the front lines of democracy, grace, and gender equality.

Headlines here in the U.S., however, paint a picture of Latinos in stark contrast to the Human Mind ideals of democracy, grace and gender equality. In fact, the male ego Animal Mind of the President of the United States, the millions of supporters who put him in office, and those serving in his administration, refer to immigrants in this country, even naturalized, as “rapists” and “drug lords and gang members.” We and the world are told they are from “prisons, jails and mental institutions.” We and the world are told immigrants are “eating the dogs”, and “eating the cats.” We and the world are told that they are “animals” that are “poisoning the blood of our country.”

During his Acceptance Speech  to the  Republican National Convention in 2024, Donald Trump wrapped up his feelings about immigrants in this country to thousands of adoring and cheering supporters with this, “It’s a massive invasion at our southern border that has spread misery, crime, poverty, disease and destruction to communities all across our land.”

The language being used to describe decent people simply looking for an opportunity to live, learn, work, and raise their families in health and safety is beyond sickening. It reflects a people devoid of compassion, cooperation, compromise and community; where ignorance and vitriol are applauded; where the male ego Animal Mind is King.

What is even more iniquitous about this surging popularity of racism and bigotry, are the shear lies it spews to justify it. A simple Google search on any socio-economic measure of immigrants, Latino or otherwise, in the United States proves that immigrants spreading “misery, crime, poverty, disease, and destruction” is actually the reverse polarity of the truth.

Crime

  • Latin communities in the U.S. have less crime per capita overall. In fact, rates of violent and property crimes decreased in communities concurrent with their increase of immigrant populations, including undocumented and Latino immigrants. Additionally, undocumented immigrants were found to be 33% less likely to be incarcerated, and all non-U.S. born immigrants have lower rates of felony arrests. American Immigration Counsel October 2024
  • Immigrant communities were also 44% less likely to be victims of violent crime and 64% less likely to be harmed by someone they know. They also had higher rates of not only reporting crimes but also cooperating with police to solve them. CATO Institute Policy Analysis August 2025

Poverty

  • Of all Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients across the country, 61% of them are white, and 86% of all SNAP recipients are U.S. born, or non-immigrant. Pew Research Center 11/25 Census Bureau Survey of Income and Program Participation
  • SNAP recipients by state show half are Red states, or states whose Electoral votes were for Donald Trump, and 3 of the top 5 SNAP recipient states are Red states. Virtual Capitalist November 2025
  • Immigrants, Latino or otherwise, are 21% less likely than US born individuals to receive welfare and/or entitlement benefits per capita. CATO Institute February 2025

Health

  • Immigrants, including non-white, non-US born residents, have better health outcomes than their white US born counterparts. Hispanics, immigrant or otherwise, in particular, have lower rates of heart disease, cancer, stroke, lung related diseases and conditions, as well as lower rates of infant mortality than those of their white or non-Hispanic counterparts. National Library of Medicine 2023

Prosperity

  • Latino immigrants contribute 1.6 Trillion dollars to the US GDP and add 412 Billion spending dollars to the US economy. The American Immigration Council; and The Center for Migration Studies of New York 2025
  • Nearly one half of all Fortune 500 companies are Hispanic owned, creating 650 Billion dollars in US revenue. In fact, Hispanic Immigrants are twice as likely to own their own businesses than that of the general population. Fortune July 2025
  • Approximately only 5.5% of the 1.2-1.4 Million seniors in nursing homes are of Hispanic origin, immigrant or otherwise. The factors related to home nursing care vary, but ethnic households (particularly of Mexican Origin), immigrant or otherwise, have historically been known to include and care for, and simply respect, their extended family members and elders to a higher degree than their white counterparts. The Senior List November 2025.

Faith

  • Of all Latino immigrants, documented or otherwise, 75% identify as denominational Christians compared to 55% US born Latinos. While political affiliation is approximately half Republican and half Democrat, Latino immigrant values overwhelmingly lean conservative. Pew Research Center August 2022

Crime? Poverty? Disease? Misery and destruction? Clearly these irrational sentiments aren’t rooted in reality. By their own standards, it is they who are spreading  “misery, crime, poverty, disease and destruction to communities all across our land.” No, this is nothing more than racism and bigotry. Diversity is antithetical to the male ego Animal Mind’s insatiable appetite to divide and conquer.

But it’s not enough to keep us separated by our gender, color, ethnicity, culture, religion and so on. The Other must be demonized; despised and feared. That begins with dehumanization, and cruelty is the benchmark of dehumanization.

Dehumanization

The current administration promised to deport the “worst of the worst;” hardened criminals and gang members who have illegally infiltrated our borders. That promise was taken to heart by the electorate, as most wouldn’t disagree with the sentiment. However, the reality could not be further from the truth.

The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) own report records show that half of all detainees they’ve ‘picked up’ have no criminal record at all. These are people who are either 1) in the process of obtaining citizenship; or 2) complying with work Visa status; or 3) DACA status Dreamers; or 4) have applied for crisis asylum from their country of origin. Their only ‘offense’ is that they are not citizens – yet. Of the half that does have any offense record, just 7% of them have committed violent or felony crimes. The rest have traffic violations or petty misdemeanors. Worst of the worst? Hardened criminals? Hardly!

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has descended upon twenty-six US cities so far, wearing only masks and showing only those 3 chilling letters on their military style jackets – ICE. Unsuspecting residents are pulled from the very courthouses they are attending to stay in compliance with their status. They’re abducted off college campuses, out of workplaces, schools, parks, off neighborhood sidewalks, and right out of their homes before they are thrown into unmarked vehicles or vans.

In a clear violation of their 4th Amendment rights, their abductors are not required to explain their intentions, provide ID or any type of documentation or warrant. The harder one resists the abduction, the harsher their treatment becomes, including bodily injury and damages to their property. These are common, hardworking people with lives, families, and loved ones; husbands and wives, mothers and fathers, grandparents and children, friends and lovers, students and teachers, business owners and employees. They are removed and delivered into non-disclosed detention centers on site with no calls, no notifications, no personal property, while they wait their fate, and their loved ones scramble to locate them.

Many swept up in these brutal racially profiled ICE dragnets are actually American citizens who simply don’t have “their papers” on them. They can spend weeks in detention centers before being released, often within another state like Florida’s “Alligator Alcatraz”, with no restitution or recompense. The asylum seekers can face the worst possible fates. The Federal laws protecting those here in asylum from being deported back to their countries of origin from where they fled, makes them eligible to be “received” by other countries contracted with the Trump Administration.

They exist in an inescapable nightmare somewhere in the South Sudan, or El Salvador, or Eswatini, with no oversight of their treatment; no protections of their human rights. It unknown to us what these souls endure at the hands of their monstrous male ego Animal Mind overseers. The sheer level of despair and fear of those ‘disappeared’ and those who love them, is hard to fathom.

From a heart devoid of compassion, cooperation, compromise or community, cruelty is simply a means of demonstrating ones superiority.  The male ego Animal Mind uses its position, resources, representation, or status from race, gender, money, power, etc. to justify those means.

Trying to convince male ego Animal mind that these inhumane and unconstitutional tactics are cruel, is useless.

In the battle to show one’s superiority, the cruelty is intentional.

             The cruelty IS the point!
